MAVS GAMING RETAINS DIMEZ, PETEBEBALLIN AND SHERM

September 23, 2020 (DALLAS, TX) – Mavs Gaming, the official NBA 2K League affiliate of the Dallas Mavericks, announced the retainment of three players. Dimez (Artreyo Boyd), PeteBeBallin (Peter Malin) and Sherm (Justin Sherman) are retained for the 2021 season. Mavs Gaming retained the maximum number of players possible.

Dimez is a 3-year veteran and was the No.1 draft pick in the inaugural 2018 NBA 2K League Draft. As a shooting guard this year, he averaged 15.6 points and 3.4 assists per game in the 2020 regular season.

PeteBeBallin is a 2-year veteran and was the No.5 overall pick in the 2019 NBA 2K League Draft. Playing center this year, he averaged 12.5 points and 11.5 rebounds per game in the 2020 regular season.

Sherm is a 2-year veteran and was drafted by Mavs Gaming in the 2019 NBA 2K League Draft during the second round with the No.25 overall pick. He played point guard this season and averaged 22.6 points and 5.3 assists per game in the 2020 regular season.
