Competitor’s Lounge:

  1. ​Only Tournament participants are only allowed in Competitor’s Lounge.
    • Participants are only allowed in room one (1) hour ahead of their scheduled game.​
    • Players will be able to check a bag in before their game in the Competitor’s Lounge.
  2. Boosting Station
    • Players will have a section in the Competitor’s Lounge to connect their systems and get their myPlayers ready for the game.
      • This station is for getting Boosts only.
      • Players will not be allowed to practice or play at this station. Get your boosts and leave the station.
      • If any difficulties occur during the connection process, please see the Desk Manager.
  3. ​Practice Station/Player Checks
    • Before participants are allowed to practice for the allowed time, the Head Official will be doing Player Checks. This includes:
      • Player Tendencies
      • Player Openness Setting
    • Player will not be allowed to practice or compete until the Head Official has checked these settings.
      • These settings will also be double checked on stage.
    • Teams who have upcoming games/matches will have access to this station over other teams.
      • Teams will be allowed a certain time to be at this station.
      • Please be direct and timely with this station. Many teams and players will want to get on the game for shots and timing. Do not waste time on this station as you will be asked to leave to allow another team to use the station, if extended use should occur.

​​Main Stage Games:

Do not quit out of games after a loss in any game. All players must load back into the Arena when the game is over. We understand this means that players will lose Boosts and Overall, but this will ensure no changes will occur settings in between games. This will also allow the Tournament to flow well from game to game.

  1. Teams will need to relocate to the Stage Lounge at the start of the 4th Quarter of the prior Stage Game.
  2. Teams will need to leave the Stage Lounge in the order below.
    • ​​​​​Top of Bracket Team will need to go on the stage in the order of:
      • Point Guard – Shooting Guard – Small Forward – Power Forward – Center. Seated on the Left Side of the Stage.
    • Lower Bracket Team will need to go on the stage in the order of:
      • ​Center – Power Forward – Small Forward – Shooting Guard – Point Guard. Seated on the Right Side of the Stage.
  3. The centers of the opposing teams will be sitting next to each other on stage.
  4. The winning team’s captain will need to submit the Screenshot of every game.
    • The winning team will also report to the Green Screen Interview Room after a series win.

Side Stations 2 & 3:

  1. ​For time purposes, games will also be played on side stations while Main Stage games are underway.
  2. ​Players must be ready by the middle of the 4th Quarter of the game ahead of them.
  3. Teams will leave the Competitor’s Lounge in the order below:
    • Top of Bracket Team will need to go to the station in the order of:
      • Point Guard – Shooting Guard – Small Forward – Power Forward – Center.
    • Lower Bracket Team will need to go to the station in the order of:
      • ​Center – Power Forward – Small Forward – Shooting Guard – Point Guard.
  4. This will make it where Point Guards are on opposite ends of the side stations.
  5. The winning team’s Captain will need to submit the Screenshot of every game​.
    • The ​Winning Team will also report to the Green Screen Interview Room after a series win.​
